My career moves and my time spent at these two companies are real advantages that enable me to form connections, interact and share practices more freely.<\/p>\n<p>I was first hired by Urgo for a position in planning and procurement, then I was Production Manager on the wound care and medical device lines, then Industrial Quality Manager. After spending two years as a salesperson in pharmacies for Urgo, I expressed the wish to work in an international role. I saw an internal appointment vacancy that met my requirements on the group intranet, I applied, then the human resources departments arranged for me to go through to the interview phases. That&#8217;s how I joined Juva Sant\u00e9 International in February 2018, where I am now a Sales Manager for Overseas France.<span style=\"font-size: 60px; font-weight: bold; line-height: 0.1em;\">\u201e<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><em>In\u00e8s Goncalves &#8211; Sales Manager for Overseas France<\/em><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/1&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 60px; font-weight: bold; line-height: 0.5em;\">\u201c<\/span>I began my career at the group in 2008 as an Area Supervisor at Juva Sant\u00e9, with the aim of progressing to a managerial role within 3 to 5 years. Less than a year later, I was appointed to the position of Regional Head of Sales, a role that I occupied for 9 years with regular increases in my geographical scope. My desire to go beyond my comfort zone and surpass myself enabled me to progress to the position of Key Accounts Manager at Laboratoires Superdiet in 2018.
